This quote from King Solomon during the resource gathering phase of temple construction sums up why we try to do ministry with excellence at Elevation.
See, I believe the music at our worship experiences ought to be higher quality than the music in the club, because our God is greater than any rock star.
I think the multimedia used in our services shouldn’t be “good enough for church”, it should just be good, period…because our God is greater than any Hollywood director or movie star.
I insist that our business protocols and systems be clean and efficient, because our God is greater than any Fortune 500 CEO.
The way we do ministry is an emphatic statement to the world about who our God is to us.
Excellence in the Church is not a means to an end, it is an act of worship.
